Registration Information

The following items are needed for registration:

  1. Register your player with USA Hockey.
    • Go to the USA Hockey web site.
    • On the Red Banner click on the 'OFFICIALS' tag.
    • Click on the 'Register On Line' tag.
    • Click on 'Ice Players & Coaches' tag.
    • Follow the USA Hockey instructions from there.

    Please note that you will be prompted to print a registration receipt for each child you register PRCode, you will need to bring that receipt with you to the CYHA registration.

  2. Complete the CYHA Registration Form.
